Hi, below are my numbers and keep on mind that ASAT = GPT and ALAT = GOT. I think That converted ukat/L to U/L would be something like 1.3ukat = 75U/L, maybe you could help me further with the info I have. I just need to know if I should be very conserned or what. I like to finish this cycle I'm on now, another 8 weeks left and then go off everything(500mg test per week, 400mg tren per week and EQ 400mg per week, I've been on these for 2 weeks, the tren for 1 week). I will get milktistle asap too, and doing ALA at 750mg per day right now, did 2g before but maybe I was overdoing it, It didn't help much anyway...

I did 3 tests 030217, 030213, 030202

Ok so that was my Values from februari and these are now thge ones I got last time. I would like to know if you think I should be coinserned or if you see a clear improvement from these values, the only thing I'm conserned over is why the ASAT has gone up:

These are from 13 march - 03

P-bilirubin: 5
P-GT: 0.37
P-ALAT: 1.2
P-ALP: 1.1
P-ASAT: 1.8

Would appreciate your help brothers and sisters

ALT and AST (especially) can be elevated from heavy exercise, sometimes 3x normal.

ALT has a longer half-life in circulation. It will take longer to decline following an acute elevation (i.e. heavy bout of eccentric exercise) than AST should you try and figure out if the elevations are coming from liver or muscle.

The AST elevation in your case is not a concern and will vary depending on how close you have the blood drawn to a heavy workout. Take 10 days off from all exercise and have your blood drawn again. The values should fall considerably if they are coming from muscle, juice or no juice.
