2...once he investigates it (which will be fast) i will get the green light .

4....fuck this low life prick he had his chance to make things right and i would have dropped it....

5...anyone else want to play games feel free to do so...as you can tell i have hell bent working on this night and day.....

"I just was released to day and made it to a friends pc.I did not scam I was arrested on a felony possesion charge at my gym. I was set up and I am facing time for it. I am very upset that my info was posted . I have family and people are making threats to go to the addy where the money was sent. I am in deep fucking shit. I need to be removed from the board. My life is ruined and I am not feeling good about myself. The last thing i need is someone killing my family. I dont know what they had in mind but they need to stay away. It is illegal to make threats on or offline.

Just want to give you guys an update- No matter what he has said (the scammer) he has still not contacted me or the other guy he scammed to make restitution. I believe he is feeling the heat and is scared and is saying anything to avoid further action- don't believe him- the one action that he can take that will end all the legal and illegal threats is to send back the money until he does that I don't care about what happens to him or his family. Scammers are the lowest forms of life and this one will be served justice soon!

He probably hasn't checked his email and I doubt he surfs Elitefitness... However, I am convinced the guy is a scammer. Just as soon as we find out if the information we have about him is the guy we want or if he is using a friend's name, we will allow people access to his info.
