I just picked up some HemaNOvol today from Vitamin shoppe. It looks to be some pretty good stuff from what I saw was in it because obviously the stuff has pretty good ingredients in it. Anyways whats your all takes on it? If anyone has taken it before please let me know how it works and if its any good. My main key right now is vascularity and obviously pumps and so fourth that a pre workout supp can give me.
