I have recently bought a gym membership and everytime I look at myself and get depressed at how skinny I am and loose the drive to workout. Will a cycle of D-bol only helped boost my confidence to continue working out. I am 6ft tall and 170 pounds age 22. What is the best way to keep the muscle you gain? I don't want to be hugeeee at all. I just want a bit of muscle and I feel that people say dbol only will fail because their goal is different then mine Thanks guys

No! Gotta get your diet in check.. Gear is not a miracle drug.. You need to eat like a horse and train like a savage

Stay away from the aas man... Will only mess u up in the long run

yup griff is right.. you need to fix your diet.

thats great you got a gym membership, now use it.

you will start making progress slowly but surely.. i have below in my signature a couple good links.. one is a workout split i put together very simple to follow.. second i have a bulking diet you can follow. do both of those and you will have great results

^^Now that, is good advice.^^

Oh, and a side note... If you're saying you're too skinny and can't gain weight, worrying about getting "huuugggeeee," is something I doubt will be a problem for you. How do you think that happened? Through years of hardcore training, and eating correctly in line with your goals.

Go check the nutritional stickies and find a decent beginner's program.

My most costly supplement?

FOOD!
After the meat packages, produce (which is probably the most costly of all), whole grains, peanut butter, eggs, milk, and the slew of other stuff in my cart weekly, I'm amazed that I can make rent lol.

And as for the gym, I'd say the crawl to my car from the locker room after training each morning is the most demotivating, demoralizing thing I do each day.

There's plenty of advice to be given on here. But each piece of it will have two things attached to it...
Hard Work & Dedication.

^^
I just spent 150 bucks on food today. And that's a week worth of food.. Not counting shakes and everything else.. Shit gets expensive... But totally worth it when you see amazing gains.. Just gotta keep educating yourself and stay dedicated to the gym and diet.. It will all pay off I swear

I drop over 1K a month on food. it adds up quick. and I don't even really ever eat out.

if you aren't spending big money on food then you are probably eating a lot of junk and processed shit in a box.

soup for example.. price to make your own quality soup would cost you about 7 or 8 bucks a serving. cost of a campbells soup in a can full of salt and zero nutrition? about $1.29... so you get what you pay for.

.

That's like saying, "I hate studying -- will buying lots of expensive text book help me?"

If you haven't got the stomach for bodybuilding, you won't succeed at it.

Add in the added expense of eating fruits and veggies that are organic, and chicken and meats that are grass fed and free range...$1000 a month is on the conservative side Steve!

Yeah not looking forward to having to pay that much for food.. I get it really discounted because the military hooks us up on base.. Haha but I love eating so it's all good.. I just killed a big bowl Of sweet potatoes and chicken.. Feels great to be big and full

yeah i also get some of my food from on base, but not many options to eat healthy. lets face it, most people in the military aren't willing to spend extra on healthier food. but i am noticing more healthier stuff trending in.. like cage free eggs for example seem to sell out all the time, i end up having to go somewhere else to buy them... i think once people eat cage free eggs for example they will find it impossible to go back to the cheaper eggs. the taste is so much better, and i don't get gassy from them.. regular eggs give me gas everytime go figure

I'm fortunate...
There's a farm about 20miles from my house that has a stand in this one commercial market. They have range fed beef & chicken, and organic produce, and cage free eggs, and the stuff isn't really that much more expensive than the grocery stores around my area. My daughter won't even eat chicken from the store any longer. Says, "This tastes funny. I like the stuff from Willowshire."

It's the damn produce that gets me. I spend more on meat and produce than anything. I'd say that's 75% of my food tally.

Youre never gonna hear a huge guy say in "I have no idea how I got this way, I never wanted to get huge"

If you cant get motived to lift what makes you think you will lift on juice?

I'm on the leaner side myself and everytime I look at myself, areas I want to grow bigger on, it just motivates me more. That is the first thing you need to get down, the will. The mass, though slowly for some of us, comes after. Not the other way around.

Food is the answer to grow bigger. This is a slow process for everyone. Soke may grow a little faster than others, but once those initial quick gains are done, everyone has to work to continue progressing. Dbol will give you quick mass, but you will lose it quick as well. Steroids work better on people who already have a solid base of muscle built.

You are very fortunate...I live on the coast in an agricultural area, and we have local produce stands and Farmers Markets too...as well as a harbor for fresh caught fish...across the street from my house we have cows grazing on land living and eating the way they should be.
