Was just at the gym doing my wed. 5X5.. On the first set of Overhead military press I felt a lot of pressure in my back to the left of my spinal column. With each breath I take in there is a stabbing pain in that same area of my back, and right under my rib cage on the front. I did not finish the rest of the workout but am still in pain. Wat happened?
