Need some advice from all you fine folks out there...
I decided to take a cycle of 19-nor-250 about 4 months ago and didn't do all my homework, ie didn't take any anti-e's with it. Well, it appears that I have now developed a case of gyno(dr. verified).
It was worse before and has gradually gotten better, my right nipple is almost entirely cleared up. My right nipple is just a little puffy, no big deal, but i feel a noticible lump behind my left still. I am looking to get rid of this gyno, but I've heard about 15 different things to take. I know surgery is the sure-fire route, but I don't think im ready for that now. Has anyone else had any success with Nolvadex? Aromadex? 6-OXO? Chrysin? Or are these only good while on a PH and are useless afterwards? Surely there's someone out there who has done this.
