I am 5' 10" and weigh 271lbs and i dont look that fat so i assume i have a lot of unused muscle, could be wrong, anyway should i start wightlifting now(what is the best routine to start with for a guy who has never lifted prior to a month ago) and go on a diet( which one you recommend). or should i not go on a diet keep eating the same and start lifting. I really want to get started on this so i would really appreciate any help thanks.
