help with routine

i was just in need of a bit of help?

i have been training evryday....
on a monday i have been doin chest and bak,,
on a tuesday been doin legs
on a wed shoulders
thur bies and tries
sat do like chest agen

and i have been told nut to do back and chest on the same day cause there is alot of liften
so a was wondering what days to start doin back on....

how do use do things and what days??
 
Monday - full body
Tuesday - Cardio if needed, if not then rest
Wednesday - full body
Thursday - rest
Friday - full body
Saturday - rest
Sunday - Cardio if needed, if not then rest

Full body does not mean you do quads, hams, glutes, biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, forearms, calves and abs all seperately it means you do a short heavy routine made up of compound movements, a good example of a routine like this would be:

Squats 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Romanian Deadlift 2x8
Dips 3x8
Chins 3x10

You have worked every major muscle in that routine, only exeption being calves which will be worked if you do running on your cardio days or if not then you can always do a few sets after.

Another good example is:
Flat bench 3x8
Standing Military 3x8
db Pullover 3x10
bent over barbell row 4x8

Thats what I used to do, it doesn't work as well as you might think, even if you try to go high intesity, because eventually your intensity will plateu, then drop dramatically and the only way to get it back is to change it up, I'm changing my workout routine to the 5x5 workout with fat burner cardio on the other four days, if you trying to get big, don't do the cardio everyday, only like 2 days a week.
