Well I've been lookin around this part of the forums for a new routine and have seen about 100000 different examples. I figured I'd ask and see if I could get some feedback. I'm currently cutting and am gonna start bulking again april 1st. My lifting routine, for the last year or so, has been a 5 days per week, a diff body part each day.
Ex: M- Chest/abs T- Legs/Calves W-Shoulders/Forarms R-Back/Traps F-Bis/Tris/Abs
I usually spend 60-75 minutes on these routines
These are all sets of 6-8reps, till positive failure. 2-3mins break between sets. 4 or 5 sets per area. All freeweights, cables for flys.
I see a lot of 3 day per week routines, but for some reason, Im not sure this is *enough* training for me
Stats: 24, 6'0, 173, BF~7%, ecto by nature....
10-12 wk goals: 185, BF ~8%
Diet is in check, the only supps i'll be taking are creatine+ protein
What can I do to switch up my routine, time/schedule isn't really a problem, I could even do twice a day, if that would be the best thing.
Thanks for feedback, K to everyone
