Help with my nuts

Ok the title is a little misleading. :D

After careful analysis of my diet, it seems I'm not getting enough fat. From what I read, nuts provide healthy fat. Which ones are the best? I like peanuts, peanut butter (the natural kind), walnuts, cashews. Are those bad? Are others better? I already take an EFA supplement. Dry roasted vs. raw????? Help!

Almonds are a good choice....and I know that many people on the boards DEVOUR natural peanut butter by the jar full!!
 
Raw almonds r ur best bet nut wise but i've given up on nuts myself as i've decided just to take a tbsp of flax oil and one tbsp of fish oil per day instead since it's concentrated and i know the amounts of whats in it
