Help With Low Back Pain?

Well I had been seening a Chiro, but since i have no insurance right now that is out of the equation. So basically i have this deal where my low back gets so tight that it pulls on my spine and hurt like hell. It feels like i deadlifted 800 lbs all day, and my back is pumped up, even if i just bent over to tie a shoe. I have tried stretching it, ice seems to help a bit but its temporary.
 
from now on do a full 9 minute Cardio Warm up at the gym in this sequenced order

3 Minutes upright bike Stationary at a level that is moderate to easy

3 minute high incline walking in a treadmill
say level 7 with a speed of 2.6 miles per hour
Key tip: push the treadmill handles as your walking on the treadmill
kinda like pushing a sled

3 minutes full jogging at 4-5 miles per hour on a flat level on the treadmill
"form run" meaning really stand with perfect posture while you run.

after you do those 9 minutes doe 3minuts of very basic stretching that just feels good, nothing too fancy

do this all the time , it should be enough to help
 
i do most of that, but i have this tightness when im sitting in a chair at home too.
 
Bro, I used to have alot of lower back problems, and I have really large muscules in my legs!

95% holy fuck that's right 95%!!!! of lower back problems are caused from stiffness in the legs, mostly the quads, which are more difficult to stretch obviously.

have you been stretching them out regularly? If you do, I almost guarantee your lowerback pain should go away, I'd imagine your legs are tight as fuck, mine were.

it really helped and I have no lower back pain.

just an upperback pain now, and I had the shittiest massage today for it, little better, but not much, fucksakes!!! oh well!

seriously though if you're JUST stretching your lowerback, stretch out your quads too, I bet it will help a ton.

i dont do this enough, but when i do, the pain is temporarrily aleviated
 
Lets just say im not very flexable. if i lay on my back and some one lifts my legs i get mabey a 45 degree angle. MY hammys are always tight along with my quads. Tom ill stretch out in the sauana.

Get on your knees.. grab a pillow maybe since your flexibility is ass fuck shitty.. shove it under your ass (not up it) and lean back sloooowly.. until you feel it start to pull at your quads.. take slow deep breaths.. hold it for like 30-45 seconds.. do this like 5-6 x a day and you'll quads will be lose in no time..

stretching hammy's is really really really easy in my opinion..
