Also I forgot stretching your hip flexors and hamstrings are really good for lowerback aswell, I talked to my RMT friend about it today.
 
I stretched out my hams, and quads in the sauana last night, it helped abit but i knmow it will take weeks to get me flexable like i was in high school.

Do your hip flexors too, I was told this is one of the keeeys that must people really overlook.
