Help with first cycle. Stats included

Hi.
I'm currently looking at trying a cycle and basicly want to know what will suit me the best.

I'm 30 years old and have been training constantly for around a year.
I am probably what you guys would call a hard gainer.
Training 4 times a week with no cardio. Lifting, thinking and eating BIG I have managed to put on 24 lbs in about a year.
To give you an idea, 1 year ago i was 140Lbs and i'm 6'3"! My Biceps were 9" pumped!!! But also very defined. 6 pack etc and you can basicly see every muscle in my body. I never did any exercise, ate everything I could and still had 7% body fat.
I started logging what I ate and realised at rest i need 2500 calories just to retain my weight!!!
For the last year I have eaten around 200-300g of protien and eat around 4000 calories a day sometimes more. I do not gain weight eating that, but If i work out hard i was noticing a gain of around 1/2 lb per week! It is very hard to eat anymore. I work in an office, do no cardio and rest as much as possible. 2 gallons (8pints) of water daily and 9 hours sleep at night. I've gone from benching 50lbs to around 200lbs. I was curling (dum bell) 15lbs per arm now around 55lbs.
I still look skinny, Body fat of 8%, still no cardio and I have stopped gaining. I've still got a very defined Six pack Naturally (No sit ups or anything) and my arms measure 16". One of my friends is much bigger than me, (He's a male model stereo type) But I am Much stronger than him. He's my height and weighs 200lbs. So my body/size to strength ratio is very good.

I can't bloody eat anymore and I seem to have come to a complete halt!!
Currently my diet is:
8am. 4 slices of brown bread with sunflower spread and 6 eggs with a little salt. 1pt full fat milk
10am 4 slices of brown bread with p'nut butter. 1 pint full fat milk.
12pm 2 chicken breast with salad, pasta and 1 pint full fat milk.
3pm 4 slices brown bread with tuna and full fat Mayo. 1 pt milk.
5pm 4 slices brown bread with tuna and full fat Mayo. 1 pt milk. (same as 3pm)
7pm large meal 3or 4 veg 2 chicken breast or large steak and potatoes (sometimes chips)
9pm 1 pt of cream on about 2 bowls of bran flakes (Helps with poopie time) 2 slices of brown toast with a cheese spread and a pint of milk.
10:30 Sleep.
I sometimes eat more and drink an additional 4 pints of water/soda water unflavoured in the day.
I DO NOT GAIN WEIGHT ALONE EATING THIS??? But around 1/2lb per week if I work out hard.
Work out is 4 times per week, 5 x 5 reps maxing out and to failier on everything i do. (Mostly upper body)

Today I measured my waist at 32" My bicep at 15.5". My weight at 169lbs and my height at 6'3.

So here is the question. If I try and keep my intake to 4000 calories a day and 200g of protien per day, try to lift bigger, is there anything you can recommend to give me a boost???

6 week 30mg Dianabol has been mentioned, which is why i came on here!!

bro you cant eat anymore beause your diet is so simple..you keep eating the same food over n over again..

invest in ANABOLIC KITCHEN - its 20 bucks i think ... its definetly worth it bro..
 
I would kill... yes, kill... to be able to eat as many calories as you can and not gain any weight.

So Dbol won't do anything or is it just not advised? If you don't mind me asking, why is that?
What sort of PCT would I have to run after a cycle of test mentioned and will it completely shut down my natural test production?

You could probably use a light Dbol Cycle to get over the plateau, Pm me And I will set you up with a program.
Remember Diet is important also.

Hmmm. Only one year of lifting though. I say give it at least another 6 months and crank up your cals with more interesting food. Then run a nice test/ dbol or beastdrol bulker. 24 pounds in a year naturally is awesome btw!
 
If you really did want to try d-bol only, Radar will hook you up with the plan.
Get that protein up to 300-350grams a day. Try eating more red meat too.
One thing to also look into is the OMEGA work out plan to go with your diet. But 4-500mg test a week with a 5 week d-bol kickstart wouldnt hurt your cause either. If you do, just make double sure your PCT is rock solid so you can keep as uch of your gains as possible.
 
24lbs in a year is an excellent return...
i dont understand where u say you dont gain weight from the food but if you work out hard you gain 1/2 lb per week...1/2 per week naturally is a good gain

What I'm going to try and do is up my protein intake,really lift heavy and see how I go.
If that fails after say 8 weeks and i'm still not gaining, I think I will try a 10 week 500mg test cycle and maybe bump started with 5 week dbol 25mg per day.
What is the best value Test i should go for if I do?
I'm currently looking up PCT and having some ancilleries on hand if needed during the cycle.
When the time is nearer i will PM Radar for Cycle help.
Your opinions are greatly recieved and apprieciated.
Please feel free to make any further comments which may help me out as I'm not an expert.

I would just go for good old test Enanthate.

Try and get those complex carbs up there too(oats, ect..) Throw in lots of good fats, Cashew butter, olive oil, almonds, walnuts, natural PB.

You may want to look into the omega phase one pamphlet too. I just got it and I will honestly say it is the most brutal workout program I have ever tried. Picture a 260 lb guy doing curls with 50 lb dumbells one week then the next week screaming to complete 3 sets of camber bar curls with only a 10 lb plate on each side. Yes, almost crying... in agony!
