I'm currently looking at trying a cycle and basicly want to know what will suit me the best.
I'm 30 years old and have been training constantly for around a year.
I am probably what you guys would call a hard gainer.
Training 4 times a week with no cardio. Lifting, thinking and eating BIG I have managed to put on 24 lbs in about a year.
To give you an idea, 1 year ago i was 140Lbs and i'm 6'3"! My Biceps were 9" pumped!!! But also very defined. 6 pack etc and you can basicly see every muscle in my body. I never did any exercise, ate everything I could and still had 7% body fat.
I started logging what I ate and realised at rest i need 2500 calories just to retain my weight!!!
For the last year I have eaten around 200-300g of protien and eat around 4000 calories a day sometimes more. I do not gain weight eating that, but If i work out hard i was noticing a gain of around 1/2 lb per week! It is very hard to eat anymore. I work in an office, do no cardio and rest as much as possible. 2 gallons (8pints) of water daily and 9 hours sleep at night. I've gone from benching 50lbs to around 200lbs. I was curling (dum bell) 15lbs per arm now around 55lbs.
I still look skinny, Body fat of 8%, still no cardio and I have stopped gaining. I've still got a very defined Six pack Naturally (No sit ups or anything) and my arms measure 16". One of my friends is much bigger than me, (He's a male model stereo type) But I am Much stronger than him. He's my height and weighs 200lbs. So my body/size to strength ratio is very good.
I can't bloody eat anymore and I seem to have come to a complete halt!!
Currently my diet is:
8am. 4 slices of brown bread with sunflower spread and 6 eggs with a little salt. 1pt full fat milk
10am 4 slices of brown bread with p'nut butter. 1 pint full fat milk.
12pm 2 chicken breast with salad, pasta and 1 pint full fat milk.
3pm 4 slices brown bread with tuna and full fat Mayo. 1 pt milk.
5pm 4 slices brown bread with tuna and full fat Mayo. 1 pt milk. (same as 3pm)
7pm large meal 3or 4 veg 2 chicken breast or large steak and potatoes (sometimes chips)
9pm 1 pt of cream on about 2 bowls of bran flakes (Helps with poopie time) 2 slices of brown toast with a cheese spread and a pint of milk.
10:30 Sleep.
I sometimes eat more and drink an additional 4 pints of water/soda water unflavoured in the day.
I DO NOT GAIN WEIGHT ALONE EATING THIS??? But around 1/2lb per week if I work out hard.
Work out is 4 times per week, 5 x 5 reps maxing out and to failier on everything i do. (Mostly upper body)
Today I measured my waist at 32" My bicep at 15.5". My weight at 169lbs and my height at 6'3.
So here is the question. If I try and keep my intake to 4000 calories a day and 200g of protien per day, try to lift bigger, is there anything you can recommend to give me a boost???
6 week 30mg Dianabol has been mentioned, which is why i came on here!!
