help with fifth cycle (how much of what?)

cycle one - i used 400mg Test E and 100mg Test P once weekly for eight weeks
went from 170 to 210, got gyno, settled to 190

cycle two - 400mg Test E weekly, 50mg dbol ED, six weeks
best cycle by far. massive in one week. fastest strength gains. went from 190 to 231. injured my shoulder BPing 275 for 3 sets of 5 previously BPing 205-220

cycle three - 500mg Test E weekly, 75mg Tren Ace E3D, four weeks
after not having a source for like a year i was back down to 190 with a bad shoulder. couldnt even BP 185 without pain so a bro who couldnt get dbol told me to try out tren and i started BPing 135lbs 5 sets of 12 adding 10lbs every Mon and Fri until hitting 205lbs
then adding only 5lbs every Mon and Fri.. didnt gain much weight but was great rehab

cycle four - 150mg Test Prop and 75mg Tren Ace EOD
i asked for 150/100 but he said 150/75 would do it.
two weeks in all my lifts are down (wtf?)
so he says try 200 prop 75 tren EOD


he says he is getting dbol next week
but i dont know if it will happen

dependably, i can get Tren Ace, Test E, and Test P, though i don't like Prop at all.
think i can get Deca too, but heard its forever on forever off with that "second-rate compound"

my other pal said i should have been using 750mg Test E weekly long ago,
by my second or third cycle,
and by now should have been on a gram


advice?

How long in between cycles ???? did you use PCT??? Not trying to be a dick but it sounds like you need a more reliable source and better planning of your cycles bro...
 
it's ridiculous that he's suggesting you need to bumup up to 750mg and then to a gram... where does it end? 2 grams? 3? people go overboard with dosages
 
I know its ancient history but I have to ask. WTF posessed you to do 100mg prop once a week?

As far as your current cycle. Even if you were eating like shit you would have to be seeing something. Tren is some super powerful shit.
Listen brother, if your pinning 150mg of prop and 75mg tren EOD and your getting nothing, then your gear is garbage.

I dont know your friends bro, and maybe they mean well but their advise is shitty. "just bump to 200mg prop eod"... "you should be taking a gram of test allready"???

You need to go down the list and see wtf the problem is if your strength is down. Diet in check? Sleeping enough? ect ect...over training?? If those are all good, then your gear is the problem.
 
I dont know bro, I wouldnt plan cycles based on what you can get I rather plan what makes sense to you.

PCT has been 40/40/20/20 nolva except for after the dbol cycle i used nolva and clomid and i think it was better? dont remember anymore.

i got the idea for my first cycle from the friend who recently told me to do 1g or AT LEAST 750mg enanthate a week.

the second cycle was prescribed by the second (different) lab

3 and 4 were from the new lab


i personally want to do 100mg Tren Ace EOD with 30mg Dbol per day
if that's not enough i was thinking 150mg EOD w/ 50mg ED
for a six weeker??

told me to take two amps of 200mg Test E and 50mg Test P once a week.

though it was my first cycle i brought up
wont i have 500 for a couple days then drop to 400?
he told me it wouldnt matter,
the Prop is to act fast,
and the Enan is to kick in when the Prop is through

AFTER my 40/40/20/20 PCT i got gyno
i ran out of nolva and couldnt extend PCT
it was a big deal
went to the doctor
went to the pharmacy
doctor almost prescribed Nolva
but saw the sides were CANCER
later i read it was UTERINE CANCER
fuck.. i dont have one of those things..


about doing tren without test,
i have noticed people get away with dbol only so im thinking dbol can be a base for tren?
or.. if its only a six weeker what could happen?
 
first off. on cycle 1 i don't know why you were doing test-p once a week.
second, why are you benchpressing? are you a powerlifter? or looking for injury. use bumbells for presses or hammer strength.
third, the only cycle i see there that looks half way on is no. 4.
if you were to go to 200eod of prop and 75eod of tren thats ridiculous.
100ed of prop/50ed of tren. spread it out for blood levels
 
I cant answer about the dbol. But I still wouldnt do tren w/o test.
Whatever you do, look into better PCT. Like PP's Test recovery stack, "post cycle", and maybe 25mg clomid ED. Maybe some a-dex or aromasin too. Since you had some gyno issues make SURE you have a-dex or aromasin or femera on hand for test gyno. But make double sure you have bromo and dostinex on hand for the tren gyno.

As far as the prop, yeah the prop will give you a "kick" with a longer ester but one day a week wont do dick. It needs to build up for a week or so.

I see too many ppl doing shitty cycles cause that's all they can get from this bro they know and stuff...fuck that. I love ppl doing tren first or 2nd cycle...lol
I guess im old school and believe in the starting with low dosage and mild AAS then go up from there....im just an old fart what do I know..:)lol
 
Just my two cents, Dont do flat bench!!! Its why shoulders get blown. Your bodies natural tendency is to push up and away and down and away. Thats why guys arch their back when its too heavy. You either push up and away or down and away. Soo incline end decline is al I do. Dips as well. I wont ever touch a flat bench again. Flat DB pres yes but a flat bar. Nope.

i was under the impression that as long as you tuck your shoulder blades together and down and get a nice arch and squeeze your lats on the way up while keeping your elbows from going away from your body too much AND also use the overhead press once in a while my shoulders would be fine.. how else could other bros bench 700lbs and such? my goal is only 315lbs..

im noticing those dudes with big benches dont necessarily have the best physiques though..
biggest guy in the gym is always doing dumbbell bench press..

now THOSE feel bad on my shoulders


back to which and how many drugs i ought to force in meself..

im thinking 750mg test and 100mg tren a EOD but what would that be in tren e instead?

what would be the benefit in test e, tren e, deca?

150mg Prop and 75mg Tren werent doing ANYTHING
200mg Prop and 75mg Tren made no difference

200mg Prop and 100mg Tren..

i maxed my squat and made a 25lb increase
and repped 10lbs below my PR last night for BP

too bad i only have one more serving left.
