what kind of gains will i be looking at for 400mg deca 500mg sus 250 and 30mg of d-bol i give myself deca on mon& wed sus on tu & thurs and 30 mg of d-bol everyday for 30 days. i have enough deca and sus for 10 weeks. also what range should I be repping at 4-6 I have been using now, I'd like to put on size but be hard not fat any ideas will be greatly appreciated
