help with cycle?

Im 35, 6'0 225 pounds at 10% BF. Will be around the 8th cycle I have ever done and still really dont know all the best ways to run everything. Gonna take 2cc week of Test Cyp, 1cc Deca, and 1cc Primobolin. Also, 2IU/day, 5 on 2 off of HGH.
Wanted to know how to run PCT with this? I have HCG & Arimidex on hand but not sure how much, when, how often, etc to take them.

1CC EW is a waste IMO

not sure on the dose of the Primo. whatever it is I guess I should bump it up to 2cc?

depending on how your body responds to test as far as coverting to estrogen is really what determines your arimidex dose. I will say dex is the best choice in my opinion. I take 1 dex a day throughout the cycle and pct. I also run 500 iu's of hcg 2 x per wk, 500 iu's on mon and again on thurs, throughout the cycle. some say take the 2 doses on 2 consecutive days but the way i run it works for me. doing this makes your pct easier. as far as pct, i really dont come off as i am 46 so i havnt run a pct in years. theres alot of otc products that have been talked alot about lately that seem to be working very well for people. seems the otc products are working better than the gear so ill be giving that a go in a couple of months just to see how it works for me. just my 2cc's............ We need to know the doses you will be doing every week. Set cycles up like this

wks 1-12 test 500mg ew
wks 1-4 40mg dbols ed
wks 1-10 deca 300mg ew

I j\know thats not your cycle but every one needs to make it look like this. This is how we do things around here. It helps if we are all on the same page.
