i just came off of dbol cycle...in another month i want to start a REAL cycle...not just orals..
heres what i am thinking....please share your opinion;
wk 1 - 250 sus 40 mg of dbol a day
wk 2 - 250 sus 40 mg dbol a day
wk 3 - 500 sus 30 mg dbol a day
wk 4 - 500 sus 30 mg a day
wk 5 - 500 sus 30 mg a day
wk 6 - 500 sus 20 mg a day
i only have 30 tabs of clomid...i was going to take that with a shit load of dhea...
what will i need to prevent gyno? Nolvadex or Armidex?
diet will be;
7am pre workout protein shake with fibersol (fiber product)
8:30 post workout phosaphagen hp
9am 10 egg whites, kashi cereral-non fat milk
12 pm chicken breast, rice, vegies
3 pm tuna fish sandwich
6 pm chick breast vegies
9pm can of tuna
11pm protein shake fibersol (fiber product)
a lot of water...as for supplements I will be using phospagen hp..dont laugh i get it for free...and optimum nutrition Pro Complex.
