HELP! What is happening to my @$$hole

I had something similiar when I was on a dbol only cycle a few years ago, but it didn't feel quite like this. and yes, there seems to be swelling.

what herbal supplements could I use for this? a doc is a bit out of the question cause they'd want a new and because of who my father is, that wouldn't be such a good idea. it would be in the papers like mad.
