Help! -test is shut down and NOT coming back!

I've been using gear for 6 years on and off; sticking to time on=time off. I started out using things like winstrol and anavar when I was 20. I was naturally muscular (205 lbs @ 8% BF) before juicing, and did a combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding. I grew to 265 lbs @ 6% BF after about 5 cycles. I stay about 235-240 when natural. All my lifts stay nearly the same except bench which drops from 405x6 to 365x6 after being natural for 3 to 4 months.
My last cycle went like this (by far the heaviest I've ever done)

(Weeks 1-6) Bulk cycle
test enanthate 300 mg/wk
deca 500mg/wk
fina 50mg/EOD
test prop. 50mg/EOD

(Weeks 6-10)
15 mg/day oxandrin (anavar) to "bridge"

(weeks 10-16)
Test prop 50mg/EOD
Winny 50mg/EOD
Fina w/DMSO 80mg/ED
clen 20 to 60 mcg/day

weeks 16-20
HCG 1000 IU administered ED for 5 days followed by clomid 50mg ED for 2 weeks then I took tribulus and ZMA (hoping but not really thinking they'd do much)

Bloodwork done after being "off" for over 15 weeks!
Testosterone 148 ng/ml (normal is 300 -1000)
Free Test 5.5 ng/ml (normal is 3 to 25)

My BUN and creatine were also slighty high, but that's probably b/c I consume over 500gr protein/day and lots of creatine.

Has anyone had a similar experience with their test levels not returning to normal. If they continue to stay low I'm taking supplemental test for the rest of my life! This seems to be my only option.
 
Thanks for the comments. Do you have any advice for me? My libido was fine, so I assumed my test was back to normal. I'm also repping with 675 on deadlift and bent rowing 455. I cannot believe my test is this low. I'm getting another blood test in 2 weeks.
I'm 6ft and currently 235 @ 5%. I've done some photo shoots for magazines, but would get my ass kicked in competition. I'll post a pic if I can just figure out how to do it.
 
Are you under a lot of stress right now by chance? Or are you generally worn out and not getting enough rest?
 
I'm in the process of preparing my PhD thesis defense...that is stressful, but I handle stress fairly well. Cardio has done wonders to keep my stress down, but maybe it's sapping my test levels.??
I sleep like a baby. I take all the "right " supplements...creatine ZMA, glutamine, whey, ALA, flax oil, and eat very well. I don't know what else could be contributing to this. I think the last cycle did me in, but I see that other people are doing much heavier cycles. I'd be interested to see their bloodwork after being off for several weeks.
 
What about living on clomid for a while? Would herbs help? Do you know what it was before the juice?
