HELP:Small Sharp pain in right testicle

it doesn't hurt alll the time. and when it does it feel like a minor sting. I noticed my left testicle is slighlty larger than my right..i had a cat scan done a year ago for testicular cancer. came out negative. i cant feel any bumps on it at all, unless its the vericose veins. or unless can tumors exist inside the testicle as well?? what do you guys think

Bro, no kidding here, if the testicle that hurts begins to grow in size AT ALL, get yourself to an emergency room. Not a family doctor, an emergency room. It could be a testicular tortion, which is caused when a testicle rotates just enough to cut off its blood supply. It will begin to swell within minutes and it not treated within hours, you will lose it.

I'm speaking from the voice of experience here. Six years ago, I crossed by legs awkwardly and felt a sharp pain, but thought nothing of it. A few hours later, my right testicle had doubled in size, but I thought I had just bruised it. A few hours more, and it was the size of a grapefruit. By the time I got my stupid ass to my urologist, who tested by placing a powerful microphone on the testicle itself, the testicle was dead. No heartbeat could be discerned because circulation had been cut off. I immediately underwent surgery to check out the situation, and when I came out of recovery, I had only one tesitcle.

That's right, I admit it, I've got only one ball. I'm telling you this in the hope that knowledge might prevent someone else from needlessly going through what I did.

better safe than sorry. i'd have it checked out. if you have insurance you cant not afford to go. better the copay than the price of losing one of the boys

that happens to mine. its a dull pain when on gear sometimes, and occasionally after hcg one testicle is bigger than the other one.

i think you are overreacting and will be FINE, but it can't hurt to go to a GP and have it checked out.

i get this all the time when i come off and my nuts start growing. one is always bigger than the other too.

I get this feeling, it's a dull ache, sometimes it comes of fast and sometimes it lingers around for a few mins. I get it when my nuts are shuting down and coming back.

Check to make sure that a pin from your diaper is not poking you in the nut.
I'm sorry man but I couldn't resist. One nut is normally larger than than the other just as one always rests higher in the scrotum. I sometimes get aches and occasionally a slight pain in my left testicle espically while on deca. If you don't feele any lumps you should be ok, but never the less I agree with everyone who said get it checked out. It is possible that you may have a low grade infection that needs treating. thanks for all your responses guys....hey kbrkbr, the nut that actually hurts is the smaller one. its also the nut that hangs lower than the other.. the left one which doesn't hurt is a little bigger, but not a grapefruit

QUICK UPDATE

HEY BROS AGAIN THANKS FOR ALL YOUR RESPONSES. I WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM LAST NIGHT, DOCTOR FELT UP MY NUTS, AND SAID IT WAS NORMAL. tHAN I WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM AGAIN TO GET A SECOND OPINION. THEY GAVE ME A ULTRASOUND. BOTH TESTICLES ARE FULLY FUCNTIONAL.. I THANK GOD. AND THEY CHECKED FOR TEARS AND BRUISES AND FOUND NOTHING, ALONG WITH NO MASSES. BUT MY QUESTION IS WHY THE SHARP PAIN!?

My GP told me this was epididymitis. When you come off a cycle and your nuts start working again your epididymis gets all swollen up with sperm! The epididymis is where your sperm hang out before being mixed with semen at ejaculation I believe.

dude I have alot of training in soft tissue injury..this is a common symptom of trigger point in the aductors firing off..very common..it's not hocus pocus but rather calcium deposits in the muscles causing them to be shorter and from time to time fire of with shooting or constant pain..trigger point are all over the body and are easly relieved by a trained Neuromuscular therapist..I'm sure if you such the web you can find trigger point charts look them up and you will understand..BTW it maybe more but from you er results most likely not..

i get that same thing too. i have vericose vein though. i allways thought that it was because of that, but now i think i will get them checked out. better a $10 copay then 1 nut
