Guys, my shoulders are messed up bigtime. They don't really hurt that much, but when i move them the wrong way they do! When i move them they make clicking and popping noises, and i can feel it hardcore. Its almost like there out of place sometimes. I'll take any advice or if someone could tell me what might be wrong that would be great.

Go see an orthopaedic surgeon - shoulders are complicated, you don't want a lifelong problem.

I had a second degree separation in my AC joint (shoulder) which is probably what you have done, all I required is a few sessions of phsiotherapy and some light single joint movements (Lateral and Front Raises), and than push ups. However, I'm still not 100% healed, overhead presses still cause discomfort.

Go see a doctor and follow his instructions.

I doubt he has a seperated shoulder (AC sprain)...I'd say it's just a strain of one of the rotator cuff muscles or something like that.

How did the pain start? Sudden onset or did it get worse over time?

It got worse over time

Don't mess around with your shoulder or follow a diagnosis from somebody on the board......go get that checked to make sure you cannot injure yourself anymore.

It's better to have a Doctor's opinion so you do not do any further damage and you can fix the problem and not the symptom.

Over the past two years my shuolder has dislocated 30+ times and speaking from experience you need to see a doctor. He will prob. recommend physical therapy and/or give you some excersizes to help recover and strengthen your ligs. Believe me, if it gets any worse it could lead to dislocation, and in my case, nerve damage(not too bad, except it doesnt really hurt that much anymore when it dislocates :\).

Talk to a Physical Therapist to find out your range of motion and make sure you stay inside that at all times. Keep off those shoulders for awhile, take some joint repair supps. Thats all the advice i can give you.
