Hey girls, I have always faced a problem with my legs. As I have gotten more in shape they have becomes more toned, however towards the top of my leg on each side near my butt ( I believe what I am talking about is called a gluteus minimums) has alway been very large and I am not sure if there are any exercises that I can do to get rid of it.
I know that I can't loose weight in one specific area but literally it's almost like having a but that raps around the sides and I really need to get rid of it.
