Help Please on routine

Hey going to start this routine after doing a push/pull/legs split for 2 years i fancy a change so i am going to do

Chest/Shoulders
Back
Arms
Legs

Exercises and days trained on below.

What I want to know is, will it be ok to train triceps on a thursday then chest on a sunday, I have only put one tricep movemnent on arm day as my triceps usually get a good work out on benching, dips and overhead press, so will 1 be enough? Thanks

Sunday Chest/Shoulders all 3x8
Flat bench
Dips
Military Press
Seated DB Press

Mon - off

Tuesday Back all 3x8
Deadlift
Rows
Pulldowns
shrugs 1x20

Wed - Off

Thursday Arms all 3 x10
BB Curl
DB Curl
Skull crushers

Fri - Legs
Squat 3x8
leg press 3x8
Sldl 3x10
Calf raised 3x25

Sat - Off
