Help please!! Huge red area

OK so I did my third shot of test on Friday. It was a 22g 1" needle got a little sore the next day and progressively got worse. Then a small red area with a small knot. So yesterday I iced it used a hot rag and massaged it. The redness kinda of dissipated. Then about 2 hours later i looked again and the rednesss was back and in a larger area. I'm not as sore as I was no fever and i am not sick or anything like that
Its kinda numb and tingly now and kinda warm. PLEASE AS TO ANY SUGGESTIONS TO WHAT THIS COULD BE!

possibly your injection leaked a bit to the subcutanious area... you could also be alergic to the type of oil used...
ive had this happen quite often with cheaper gear... probably has a higher concentration of solvents or somthing...

DO NOT ICE OIL,put a heating pad on it and occasionally massage with a hot washcloth several times a day

sounds like some local irritation due to ethyl oleate or benzyl benzoate, an abscess wouldn't be subsiding yet and certainly not before draining, you're ok, use a longer needle though, one inch are generally reserved for areas like the deltoid.
