Help on my 5x5

ok heres my routine....

5X5 Split

Day 1 chest/calves
Flat bench 5x5
incline DB press 2x8-10
incline flyes 2x8-10
standing db calf raises 5x15
calf press on leg press machine 5x15

Day 2 Back/shoulders
DB military press 5x5
side laterals 3-5x8-10
smith machine deadlift (Can i even do this???) 5x5
Chins 2x8-10
DB shrugs 2x8-10
smith machine upright row 2x8-10
bent over db lateral raise 2x8-10

Day 3&4 Rest

Day 5 Bis/tris
Close grip bench 5x5
standing db curl 5x5
lying db tricep ext 2x8-10
incline db curls 2x8-10
reverse grip tricep pushdown 2x8-10
concentration curls 2x8-10

Day 6 Legs
Smith machine squat 5x5
leg press 2x8-10
smith machine stiff legged deads 2x8-10
leg curls 2x8-10
standing db calf raises 5x15
calf raise on leg press machine 5x15

Day 7 Rest

I want to do forearms on one of the days but not sure where to put it or what exercises to do.

How many days a week should I work my abs?? I will be doing needsizes ab routine.

I also need to know if these exercises are the best ones to do, my gym only has a smith machine, dumbells and a couple machines, I have a EZ curl bar, dumbells and a barbelll at my house that I could use but I didn't think it would be good to divide my workouts among two different places, would it be ok??

Any help would be greatly appreciated, i'm looking to learn from this also
