Hi there, new to this forum and looking for help. I am 5"10 and slightly overweight (i have a belly). Have been taking whey protein shakes for a good couple of months now whilst attending the gym 5-6 times a week. I have just bought anabolic muscle fuel and was just wondering if this would be suitable for me? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Pretty much to get big arms, whilst losing the weight on my stomach at the same time

Well then you need to spend time researching diets and training programme that incorporate both resistance training a cardiovascular training to find what suits best..
Best answer I can give, given the vagueness of your responce

You need to learn more about dieting and training ... and there is no point really in just getting bigger arms ... you need to grow you chest, shoulders, neck and back concerning your torso, otherwise you'll look out of proportion. In correlation to those you NEED to grow your legs as well, otherwise you'll be what I call a 'Lollipop' ... big upperbody, skinny legs.

Perhaps spend time on here as well ... it'll help you A LOT! >> Diet & Bodybuilding - EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Forums

Hope youcome right. PM me if there's anything else I can help you with.

Please don't just be the guy who jus wants bigger arms and that's it, thats a gym dousche waiting to spawn. To loose the weight eat good clean food, cardio in the morning weight lifting later in the night if you can. Or just work in cardio a little in a day with weights and give it time. It takes months of hard work to see results but the are the best results that stay and serve as a good base for supplemental building on top later if desired.

I refer to them as triangles lol but that's not how i want to be, i hate seeing those people "pretend" to work out in the gym. Skinny with big arms was the only way i could think of getting my point across. Thanks for the advice guys, you have definetely gave me yet another starting point. I hope this is the right one this time
