I am a fitness model who has tried everything to lean down with out losing muscle. It's IMPOSSIBLE! I have taken every fat burner, carb blocker, fat blocker crap out there to no avail. I have thought about trying a cycle of light steriods to lean my body - especially my legs. I DO NOT want to bulk up like a man. My legs are already muscularly thick as is. i just want to get rid of the nasty stubborn fatty deposits that plague my inner and outer thighs. Where do I start? worried: I need to keep an edge on the younger models out there as well. I am only 26 but that's "getting old" in the modeling world. email is: [email protected] :daisy:

P.S.
the type of cycle I need(if it exists) is one that will harden me up and help me lose the excess body fat. I have never taken anything but the andro/norandro's. I have tried many different types and I am NOT impressed at all. I am strong for a woman who has never done anything, but I hve come to the reality that I have to do a cycle of SOMETHING. I just want a light cycle for a cute little virgin like me. Heehee! :verygood:

Var is the way to go. Start off at 5mg and see if you need to work you way up from there.

Var will harden you up , but diet is when the leanness comes in,Var does not burn fat.
I would try some clenbuterol

Thanks for the advice. I was hoping I'd get a reasonably quick response. I have been on a pretty strict high protein/low, but not too low, carb diet for a while. I eat 6 small meals a day. I just have the normal woman's problem areas(outer thighs, aka saddle bags; and inner thighs). They are stubborn and annoying. It makes me feel like I'm failing somehow. I am considering some liposuction and then going on a cycle. I heard doing it that way helps you bounce back from the surgery faster. :mix:

Everyone is in such a hurry now a days, Do you walk? Try lowering the carbs a bit more say mon, tues, & thurs along with some walking for 45 min, you can speed this up by throwing sprints in there every 15 minutes or less, metabolism will speed up accelerating the fat burning process and is a much healthier alternative than Lipo.

Both BRR and Radar have provided solid information.

There are a few things you need to adress in regards to your diet. It is important to establish your maintenence calories first based upon your daily activities. Then subtract 500 calories ED. One pound of fat is approximately 3,500 calories. Therefore, you should drop 1 lb a week if you are truly accurate and persistent. This is where most people fail in general. They think they do it but they don't. Your macronutrient ratio will provide you an additional edge for retaining muscle and further promoting fat loss.

In regards to training, I've witnessed the most consistent results with 45-60 minutes moderate intensity cardio ED.

Many of my female personal training clients in the past which were actors and/or models had great success with a combination of Anavar, T3 and Clenbuterol.

The average dosges were 5 mgs Anavar ED, 25 mcgs T3 ED and 60 mgs Clenbuterol ED for a total of 8 weeks. The Clenbuterol is to be cycled 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Then, the cycle can be repeated again if desired after a 8 week layoff. This does not necessarily mean that you change your training and nutrition. In fact, continue as usualy and simply reintroduce the cycle if necessary.

One of the reasons women retain so much more fat than men do is simply due to estrogen. Anavar has many other benefits, but in regards to fat loss, it shifts you androgen:estrogen ratio which creates an optimal lipolytic environment.

The lipolytic properties and synergystic effect of T3 and Clenbuterol are self spoken for.

The combination of a proper diet, training and the usage of the above substances will create an optimal environment for maximizing muscle retention and lipolysis. Every individual will experience different results but they should be significant regardless. Although I am not familiar with your current level of conditioning, this process may take up to 6 months for you desired goals to be achieved. Your dedication and persistence will be rewarded.

On top of var and clen, yohimburn will definitely be helpful for stubborn fat. I've never been a fan of T-3. I understand many folks like it and had great results but there'S something about the thyroid which scares me but that's just me... you have solid advices here. Make sure your var is not fake. Many people take var and then complain it didnt do shit. It's either because their diet sucked (most of the time) or they got fake gear (unfortunately it happens a lot with anavar).

WHat is your SPECIFIC diet made of? I mean.....food choices, amounts, measurements, timing, preparation, condiments, etc.

Also, how is the training? What do you do?

I agree with Manny on the Yohimburn part. I was going to suggest Lipoderm-Ultra only because I have used it with good results but I have heard even better things about Yohimburn and it will be the next thing I try. These products are topicals that unseat the stubborn A2 fat cells that are the hardest to lose. However you need a transport system to move the fat cells once they are unseated. Here is where your low carb diet, ECA or Clen or T3 will come into play along with your cardio.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!

I do hope you do not consider Lipo.
If you value your career then consider what might happen if the unthinkable occurs and you are left with extreme scarring.
