I will post the pic. Whenever I train back I have to work around it. I dont know if its a tendonitis thing or wtf is going on. My deep tissue massage therapist steam rolls the shit out of the area. She said its rotator related.
Deadlifts dont bother it at all. Nor do rack pulls. The problem lies with bent over BB rows and pull downs/chins and machines too.
There are no problems with chins/pulldowns or BB rows as long as i use underhand grip for BB rows and pull to the waist. No problems with chins/pulldowns as long as I use close/reverse grip.
I cant do wide grip pulldowns with hands facing away, or bb rows with palms in. If I do it hurts in that area. It really pulls. Then after the set when I stretch it gives me a pinching feeling in that area. Not a very nice one. Then it will hurt for a week in that area. But if I turn the palms around no problems at all.
I do my BB rows on the smith to give me even more control over the mind/muscle contraction and have no problems loading 300 lbs and doing rows with no pain the next day. Unless i try regular grip. Even with less weight i'm fucked.
