The last year or so I can't get up before 8am to save my life, i can for maybe 2 weeks when new school semesters start, then i go back to the normal routine: Clock alarm goes off at 6.30, I wake up, get out of bed, turn off the alarm, look at my bed and think about how comfortable it is, and lay back down, only to wake up after i've missed my morning classes and about an hour of work.
I know I have to do this stuff, but when I get up in the morning, its not a worry at all, I just want to get back into the bed. I usually get about 5-8 hours of sleep a night, more on weekends when i sleep in late.
any tips or anything??
