Help me wake up on time

The last year or so I can't get up before 8am to save my life, i can for maybe 2 weeks when new school semesters start, then i go back to the normal routine: Clock alarm goes off at 6.30, I wake up, get out of bed, turn off the alarm, look at my bed and think about how comfortable it is, and lay back down, only to wake up after i've missed my morning classes and about an hour of work.

I know I have to do this stuff, but when I get up in the morning, its not a worry at all, I just want to get back into the bed. I usually get about 5-8 hours of sleep a night, more on weekends when i sleep in late.

any tips or anything??
 
as a bodybuilder you SHOULD be well structured. when you are supposed to eat do you do the same? think

"aah fuck it..to eat i have to get out of this chair..walk to the fridge..get the food..prepeare it..to much work..i'll rather sit her..maybe ill gra sumthing the next time i have to go to the bathroom"

Hell no, cuz you know thats not the way to grow. Go to bed earlier, get up when you are supposed to. i have 8 meals a day, i HAVE to get up at a certain time to fit all my meals into a day..dont you?
 
Set your alarm for 20 Min before you need to get up and pop a Zenadrine or Similar Stimulant... Have then right there on the bedside with a glass of water...

Hit the snooze, and I bet when it goes off the zinger will have kicked in and you will be ready and rearing to go my lazy ass brotha....

let me see.......uhmmm....do you think you can manage to get up around 3pm or so,

1. take evening classes.

2. get a night job.

I set up my alarm clock in my bathroom. Then I have to walk all the way to the bathroom to turn that fucker off. By then its like "Fuck it, I'm already here...might as well shower and brush my teeth"

Exactly what I was going to say. Better have some Tums on hand too though.

Thanks for the replies. I get in bed usually around 11.30 - 12 but I can't go to sleep, i just lay there - when i get up i'm still tired as shit usually. i'll try taking a little stim in the morning 1st thing.
