One thing about the dbol is that its just too taxing on the system, i personally use it to kickstart a cycle to feel something before the real drugs kick in. As something to use mid-cycle - i cant work that one out - dbol gains are hard to keep at the best of times, i can just see you losing them eventually anyways, so you might as well cut them out (in my opinion of course)

Also, winny is a good drug for cutting and strength, but in what looks like a mass cycle... i dunno. You might be using it to offset the progesterone in the tren tho...

Dropping the dbol should see you losing some water.... the scales might drop 5lb's before the hard work even begins... it will give your liver a break aswell.

Cardio need not be anything more than 20 minutes high intensity every day.... walking would work but not get you as fast gains.

Also make sure you have some fat burners in there.... E/C/Y and T3 would be helpful.

oh.. im on arimidex as well, so the bloat from both the test and dbol is at a minimum...
Yes, dbol is usually used to kick start, but i frontloaded the test pretty heavily and it kicked befor the first week was out, so no need for dbol there ... i use dbol as a substitute for the test-enanthate .. with a halflife of ~10 days, as the test concentration goes down in my blood, the dbol goes up.... thats the idea behind it :)
and just for the record, i'm not all caught up in mass, im caught up in strength... strength equals muscle at some point, mass can be anything, fat and water from the estrogen... no.. cant use mass as an indicator for cycle success at all..
But basicly you think i should add some 20 minute runs to the mix ? okidoki...
 
my tips

eat a balanced diet of 500 calories less than is needed maintain your bodyweight. Watch your insulin balance

12 grams of fishoil a day
1+ gallon of ice cold water a day
get some lactic acid into your muscles to end your workout
do sprint intervals twice a week.

if you don't get lean fast on this then your beyond help :)
