alrite...im 6'3, 174lbs..yeh im a light-weight lol..ok well ive presently on creatine and is there n e cycle needed for creatine or can i jus2t keep taking it straight for 3months? also im looking into getting some steriods i just dnt know what i should use? if some1 could be so kind enough to help me out i hate my bodie i cnt fucke stand it and i just dnt know what 2 do? i go 2 the gym everyday working different body [email protected] i got msn 2 if u cud helpe me out i wud love u ..and if i iget bigger from ur advice il hook u up with some money i mean it ill do n e thing..i just dnt know want steriods that shrink my nuts or that i have 2 inject is there such thing lol? THANK U!!

Plain and Simple.. at 17 its like u already are on juice. Your test levels are really really high. All u need to do u eat a lot of food.. protein: chicken steak eggs whey. carbs - rice pasta potatoes , good low GI carbs, and good fats. peanut butter, fish oil, flax, nuts etc. Start eating 2500- 3000 calories... see if weight goes up in 2 weeks, if not much, add in 500 more calories.. this should be enough tho for u to add some good weight. Do this for at least 5-6 years then u can hit the Juice! train hard eat big and read up!
 
i mean dexter is a good friend of mine he called my cell but i was gone so i was goiung 2 get some pointers from him but im sure hes 2 b z so helpe me lol

i am 18 and on juice its not really the age i dont tihnk but if ur not going to inject then there is no point suck it up or dont do it...
 
WTF...we have a 17 year old asking about juice, then we got an 18 year old saying he is on juice telling the other to go ahead and inject!...the blind leading the blind...YOUR BOTH TO YOUNG!
 
deff. didnt say go ahead and inject he has no idea what hes doing but i am just stating a fact that if you dont want to inject your not going to get anywhere
 
At age 17, you are not only too young to be on the juice but you are also too young to be on this board. The TOS says 18 and older.

However I will leave it to another mod to make the call on what to do with you. My advice here is that you totally forget steroids right now. Throw that out of your head completely. Because it will just be a disappointing short fix for you that only robs you of your future gains.

Instead take the money you were going to spend on roids and ancillaries and purchase WEIGHT GAIN powder. www.proteinfactory.com is the best. Don't worry about whey specialty powders, just go for overall calories.

You should be taking in 1.5 grams of protein per bodyweight. Then you need at LEAST 15 total calories per lb of bodyweight.
So in a nutshell :

Bodyweight x 1.5 = daily protein intake.
Bodyweight x 15 = minimum daily calorie intake.

Training wise, you are going to need more intensity for shorter durations and also more recovery because your body is already changing and adapting at 17 y.o. If I trained you, I would put you on a program of H.I.T. or Dogg Crapps method. You can do a search on here and find links to those websites that explain the training methods. DoggCrapps post Cycling For Pennies is a great read for the overall knowledge and explanation of how to make your efforts, diet and recovery come together.

Hope this helps you. Sorry I can't tell you to take a magic pill and everything will be better, but you will find more truth in my words here than you will in cycle you may do.

dont waste your money on Surge or any other overpriced supp like that
go to proteinfactory... get some protein and dextrose .. dextrose for post workout only. I just bought 10 lbs of dextrose and also some other carb powder for my shakes in between solid meals.

just eat like the other advice was given and the juice, i promise you, is not worth it to you... by the way, you said originaly that you were at 174... it must be working already, since you are now at 177.... lol... good luck with the eating and try adding the heavier weights with less reps 5x5 works really well with me when i start to add pounds of muscle ... i am over 6 foot tall as well......
 
Ok.. bro, 3 years ago I was ~180.. I trained Natually , lifted hard and I eat a lot, I got all the way up to 230 last year. Althuoght I gained some fat, I dieted down to 190 ~5% bf... u dont need top get that low in bf, i compete. But this goes to show that you can do it natually if u work hard and eat right. Eat a lot right!
Right now I am about 244- 245 and just started my first cycle. I am 22 btw and I am 6'2''. So us tall guys can put on weight, alright. and please no more supplement questions on our Steriod board, lol.. go to the supplement board please and also weight/ training and diet baords! GL
 
When I was 17 I was 6'1" and 167. I didn't eat right at all. Nor did I know how to eat properly to put on size. This board is great for that. AAS (Juice) will not solve your problem.
As the gentlemen said prior... you need to get your diet strait. Start using protein shakes a few times a day... know when to take them and why you take them at those times.
I think getting a routine like dogg crap will help also!
You need to train hard and smart. You will put on a lot of muscle that way. Taking juice at your age would be a horrible mistake. We are all on here to offer our advice. That means we are telling you what we would do if we were in your position. Trust us. We will make sure you don't make mistakes!

I used to be 140 @ 6foot at your age (when I started training) I was so skinny you could count the ribs on my back. no joke...

What did I do?

ate... ate eveything not nailed down. ate bad, ate good, ate WHATEVER. I just threw in good stuff with it.

Logicly you should try to eat clean but in my case it didnt matter. I looked like a female model. lol. I had spiky hair and my bro called me a paintbrush cause, well I looked like one.

I trained 5 days a week, stuck to stricly the "basics" , freeweights only. I researched, ate and ate, I actualy felt sick for almost two weeks till I got used to it. Then waited two months after I put on a good fifteen pounds and hit the creatine. I improved my training, drank weight gainer inbetween meals and actualy woke up early so I would have more hours in the day to eat.

By the end of the year I gianed 47 pounds with diet, training and creatine (two cycles). Granted I made those crazy gaines because I needed it anyway and wasnt eating much to begin with but gains are gains. Come to think of it I never gained that much on gear.

The moral of the story? Ask your self how bad you want it. if you really want it u can get better gains at your age with out gear. Save your first cycle results for when you need them.

Stick around tho, you can learn ALOT from these guys regarding diet/training.

You're way too young to even think about doing steroids. Read up on the training forum and get that end down.

You will get he same type of reply from everyone on this board..YOU ARE TOO YOUNG.
I would highly reccomend you DON'T use juice till you are about in your early-mid 20's. But stick around the forum, READ< READ< READ, and learn.

This site is not only good for info on roids, but lot of other good info too regarding nutrition, diet, and all sorts of supplements.

If you feel the "need" to take a supplement..try protien shakes, wight gainer, or even creatine....

Hope you make the right deicisions in life NOW...if not you might regret it in the long run.

Overall, it's your body...do what you want with it, the bros here on the forum can only help steer you in the right direction. These guys have experience in life, take it for what it's worth.

You may feel and look fine, but have you ever thought that you may have just possibly stopped (stunted) you last 5 years of bone growth?

you are pretty much done growing after you turn 18...right? Well I dont know about the growth part but i know im handling the juice ok. Thanks for your help though seriously. I appreciate the concern as well.

No, a man is far from finished growing by the age of 18...I am not talking soley about hieght, I am talking about bone mass, and more than anything else...shoulder size!
When you stop growing in hieght..(most people) continue growing in breadth . I can garuntee that I put on a lot of bone size between the age of 18 all the way up to about age 27.
