yeah, my diet and training are pretty good I'd say. I eat very very clean, especially for a teenager
Anyways, I don't want to cut for that long, just maybe like 4 weeks or so, and then get back on schedule gaining lean mass. And since I want to cut for so short a time (if it will even yield that great of results) I want as much help as I can get.
I asked the football coach how long it would take me to cut and he said, "You're already cut!". But then I said, "no,
really cut" and he suggested about a month. I think it's a little short too, but I really am getting anxious to gain more hehe so I want to get back. Maybe I'll do 6-8 weeks.
BTW, I'm 18, about 5'10", about 190 pounds and lifted for about 4 years.
And also, the only reason I decided to cut further is I've kinda felt like I've begun to come onto an overtraining spell, so I decided to take the week off. Well this is also the week I'm cycling off creatine as I was just going to end this cycle after I hit 400 (405 yay) and it was about the 6 week mark (w/ no loading phase though), so I said, hell, I'll just cut for a while. And since I'm not going to be lifting this week it's a good time to get back in cardio.
But, like I said, I want something to help me cut fast. I wanna get back into mass/strength building pretty soon. There are about 6 people on the juice at school getting into my size territory, and I feel very very proud of myself having the highest bench in school and being one of the few (smart) natural bodybuilders, so there's a certain ego I have to keep in check haha lol
And btw, I know myself and my body, I am positive I'm ready for anything mentally, gear, clen, etc., but it's only the long term side effects at my age and my bodies state that bother me. So what about Clen and Thermorexin?
