Hey I've been waiting to hit the 400 mark on bench, and then I was going to cut. Well I hit it yesterday, so now I'm gonna start cutting.
Anyways, what's the best supplement to safely help me lose some bf%, but still keep as much muscle mass as possible?
I was looking at Hydroxycut, and/or an ECA, but I don't know. I'm also only 18, but I should be safe for ECA I'd think.
