Help!!! Ive gained 10 lbs in 1 week!!!!

ughhh Im slowly going down the tubes. I feel like crap. I skipped the gym for 5 days straight and ate like complete crap. All of my pants r so tight on me now, my mid section is HORRIBLE ... I started back up going to the gym yesterday and Im trying to work all of these extra lbs off :(
 
If you gained that much in a week, a fair percentage of it is probably water. If you ate an incredible surplus of carbs, you will be retaining that much more water.

Train harder and enjoy the extra leverage.
 
Take a deep breath and take things slow... youll be back in no time. Everyone needs a break every now and then in order to stay sane. Im on the same boat right now, but have not given up yet. Itll come of quick. Good luck. :D
