Hello lads!

I'm a long time reader, first time poster.

I can guarantee you get this alot, but the help you give me would be appreciated alot. About a year ago I had Deca (200mg p/w) and Enanthate (250mg p/w). This cycle was abit dumb struck to be honest as I didn't have a clue about PCT nor guidence on the subject, so didn't keep much of what I gained.

I've been looking into Arimidex and HCG. If the information is right ones to stop side effects and the other to kick back your body's normal process of natural hormones.
I was looking at this:

Equipois
Week 1 - 10
200mg per week

Enanthate

Week 1 - 10
500mg per week (2 shots of 250 - Monday / Friday)

Dianabol - 25mg tabs

Week 1 - 4 / 4 tabs per day
Week 4 - 8 / 3 tabs per day (Total of 196)

I'm abit confused on when is the best time for Arimidex? During or 10 days after my last shot? Also (if taken after) its roughly over a duration of 2 weeks if I'm correct.

HCG - 10 days after (Cos of Enanthate) for a duration of 5 to 6 days?

Any help would be appreciated on this cycle.

I can't help much with the pct and the cycle set up but I will let you know that HCG is not what you need.....you need HCgenereate

You plan on running dbol at 100mg a day for 4 weeks and 75mg for another 4? Just wann make sure i'm reading this right. At that dose you wont even be able to walk up a set of stairs without being in agonizing pain lol. Ive never used EQ but I don't think 200mgs a week is gonna do much and i'm pretty sure it's normally ran for about 14 weeks or more. I would scratch that for now............What's your stats and goals? Post those up that cycle is a mess, HCG should be run during your cycle starting at week 3 at 250iu 2x/week. Arimidex is an AI used to control bloat on cycle, never used not sure on doses
 
My stats are all over the place at the moment to be quite honest. I'm not jumping the gun for the use of ASS, mearly learning and wanting everything in tip top shape before actually taking the plunge. As I said, last time I took steds, it was a brilliant gain, but a greater loss. Yeah I learnt the hard way, but luckily enough, i got away with no harm.

I'm not looking at shooting up for another good 6 - 8 months... So going to learn more as I go along. Appreciate the information above. Can always come back and try again when I learnt more.

If you wanted to you could run a strictly oral cycle for some gains and to get back into things then later this year you could look into injectables, just a thought....you can get some great gains from beastdrol which is an extemely easy cycle and has an easy pct as well
 
Pelton I was looking at an oral cycle just to get the ball rolling, but didn't know if this was a good or bad idea. Also whats this Beastdrol?

nothing wrong with doing your research ahead of time, I was on here amost a year before i started my first cycle......without knowing your stats and goals its impossible to give any advice worth anything. So post them up we'll get you on the right track

I would suggest grabbing a bottle of beast just to have on hand for when you are ready because it will be off the shelfs soon along with the other otc steroids:(.......beast will give you some nice lean gains assuming diet and training is in check

It is a great idea in my opinion! You can't go wrong with beastdrol you will get some damn good gains with no bloat and the side effects are not as harsh! Check out mrsupps.com it would be a 4 week cycle and you can keep close to all of your gains very easily

Well start with your age and height and body weight that is a good start and what kinda goals do you have

Height: 5'6 (maybe 5'7 haven't measured in a long time)
Weight: 126lb

Goal: 168lb lean as possible.

(Let me add, I did stop training for a while because of a shoulder injury, dropping from 142lb. Hence the great gain, even greater loss)

Also started a job as postman, so got to say Cardio isn't a problem with walking 4 hours a day, 6 days a week ha.

now were getting somewhere, lift heavy and eat big is all you need to do right now. Make sure you include a lot of compound lifts in your routine............Squats, Military Press, Bench Press, Deadlifts, Rack Pulls, Pull-ups, Power cleans. Not all in the same day obviously lol but these should be the foundation of your routine 4-6 reps per set. Train 3 or 4 days a week and get plenty of sleep and eat your ass off maybe through in some creatine for now if you wanna supplement let me know if you need help with a routine and you will get plenty of good info in the diet forum as well

Also just a quick add, just worked out (from the diet forum with my stats) I need to be taking in 3761 cal per day. Sound about right?
 
If this is going to be your first cycle then its a mess.

500 mg of test is all you need, 10wks if a good first run.


You could jump start it with beastdrol ,that way you won't have to deal with bloat issues
If this is not your first cycle the EQ is too low and need to be ran 400mg for a min of 12 weeks.

This will be my first 'proper' cycle. The one i took last year was lack of knowledge, guidence and anything else you can think of. Lucky enough I come off with no sides. Great gain, but lost it.
I'm not on about jumping to juice till i got everything right, diet, training, dosage etc... Want to do it properly.

I'm looking at next summer to have what I want. :)

For the mean time hoping to get the guidence i need, knowledge i need and then get the gains i want.

So far even just from 1 thread this forum has been brilliant! Other ones i've been on has been 'no this, no that etc...' insted of just laying it out with help if that makes sense.
 
Yeah i started reading that tonight, found it on another thread. But gonna put some time aside to thoroughly read it.

you didn't keep any of your gains on your first cycle cause you have no base whatsoever.

build a base first. you are no where near ready for AAS.

you need to work out 3 years straight before even thinking about AAS.

I am your height and I was once your weight too.. actually when i was a powerlifter in HS i was in the 129 weight class.. i bulked my way up after high school and worked out for 10 years before messing with AAS. atleast get into the 160's. today I stand at 183, see pic.

you are light years away

at 129lbs around 2800 cals should be good try to stay around 1.5-2g protein per lbs...a 40/30/30 pcf ratio works well for me with little if any fat gains
 
Just worked it out from that ratio:

300g Protien per day
225g Carbs per day
100g Fat per day
= 3,000 calories

hope this is right?
 
u can gain soo much natural with proper training and diet.. u really dont even need steriods yet bro

Little high for 129lbs.....its gonna be trial and error, u can calculate ur bmr then add 500 cals. Even 2800 is probably a little high for ur weight I jus over estimated because u said ur walking all day at ur job

Try this out
250g protein
225g carbs
90g fat

If u arent gaining add to the cabs if ur getting fat drop from the carbs as needed

Yeah i'm walking 4 hours a day 6 days a week with anywhere between 5 - 12kg per bag (usually about 5 maybe 6 bags), up and down hills.
