IT SEEMS LIKE I AM GETTING TIRED OF BODYBUILDING AND I FEEL LIKE QUITTING. I DON'T WANT TO QUTI BUT I HAVE LOST ALL MOTIVATION AND I MIGHT END UP QUITTING FOR GOOD. SOMEBODY HELP ME OUT! I WANT TO STICK WITH BODYBUILDING, BUT IT SEEMS LIKE IT IS NOT WORTH PURSUING ANYMORE. ANY ADVICE?:bawling:

Burnout Bro, it happens in just about everything we do; relationships, profession, exercise, ect. Take some time off and AWAY from it mentally/physically. Afterwards, re-evaluate your goals, how it fits into your life, and your priorities. BB isn't for everyone, but it can certainly benefit everyone who endeavors at it.

Also, remember BB and gear are not one in the same thing. Gear can sometimes be a problem, but weight training really should remain a staple in healthy, active people's lives. Good luck, hope it works out.

juicekeeper,

take it from me my friend i have been training for 25 years and went through that feeling many times...what did i learn?

i quit for a while..eat like shit....get fat..lose most of my muscle hardness....depressed cuz i look like shit..

then of course you get back into it but what a bitch to start all over again and the older you get the harder it is to lose that fat.....

STAY TRAINGING ITS A LIFE STYLE FOR YOU AND NOBODY BUT YOU......stop training and lose your pride

It's the evil hormone estrogen rearing it's ugly head -fight through it bro! Take a week off and come back fighting.
