Actually, have you tried just going to your regular doctor? Assuming that you have medical insurance, it may cover the cost for you just as long as you DON'T tell the doctor that the gyno was brought on by AS usage.
And even if it's not, gyno gland removal is often performed as an "in office" procedure under local anethetic. I don't know what the going rate for gyno removal is, but if the doc can do it right in his/her office without a hospital visit, then it can't be astronomically expensive.
