Help, I cant walk!!!!!!!

Legs yesterday, Keeping it basic:

Squats:

135 for 20 reps(warmup)
225 15 reps
315 10 reps
375 3 sets of 5
275 10 reps( balls to the floor )

Dumbell Lunges:

3 sets w/ 60lb dbls


Leg Ext:

I have a plate loaded Cybex Leg Ext I just bought Started w/ 4 plates, then 3, then 2

Last set single leg ext.

Cant walk, dont want to speak to anyone. In general very aggitated. Peace
 
Awesome workout. There's nothing in the world like rolling out of bed in the morning and wondering whether your legs are gonna hold you up when you take that first step.

I did my lower body DC workout on Tuesday. Was doing hack squats, just 2 sets, one heavy for 6 reps, one very intense 20 rep set 90lbs lighter. Now ive been increasing in poundages by 40lbs a week on major leg exercises, but now its Friday night and i can still hardly walk. Quads are just fried, hams are fine though, even with gluteham raises after the hacks.

Hopefully by tommorrow it won't be sore and i can get my ass down to the gym to do my squats.
