HELP! How do I know if my injection got infected?

I took a leg injection on Sunday, the spot is swollen and is sore to the touch and when I bend my knee all the way. The spot is not red but is bigger than the other leg. This was my 3rd injection with some QV Winstrol.

Am I just freaking out or what?

first, are you injecting in the same place?? if so rotate...be sure to rub alcohol in the area and if you get a chance when you get your daily batch massage the area and get some hot water there........

also make sure to use a new neddle and rotate bro....if the spot is not hot to the touch or changing colors to a purple or blackend spot your good....

It's only been a few days, don't assume it's an infection right away. Apply heat and massage the site - do it hard. Take a hot bath if you have to and massage it out.

Always rotating. This was the first injection in that spot in about 3-4 months. Always use a new needle.

It has not changed colors, but is definetly sore and swollen.

It has just been a while since I last used steroids, thanksgiving was my last injection. I was just thinking that Winstrol would not stay in the muscle very long, so there would be no swelling. Again it has only been 2 full days.

If the swelling does not go down, how long should I wait until I go to the doctor?

You're overreacting bro. Just wait a few days before you stress yourself out. Meanwhile, do what I suggested.

Is it warm to the touch? When I had one, it was red, warm and swollen....so it was obvious.

It is too early in the morning on the west coast, because all I read is "Pull out, give it a slap and rub like hell"
