What about the training, everyone says cut down on the training, dont overtrain etc. I feel that i should be training each bodypart twice a week instead of once, what do you think?

Just from your stats I can tell your BF was way too high, when you started your cycle. The progress you are making now could of easily been obtained with proper nutrition and training over the past 3 years. You could of built a solid base natty and then introduced AAS and you would of given you much better progress. I would try to get more of your calories from real food and cut back on the shakes. I would bump the test dose up and run the test and deca 12 weeks. Followed by pct. Have some patience and dedication. Put 110% into your training and nutrition and you can obatain your goals. Plenty of info on this site, do some research and you will start to understand.
