Can anyone help please! I am getting married in about 6 weeks and am just not gaining.

Have trained seriously for about 8 months, and have done quite well. To boost before my wedding i thought i would take some gear and really beef up.
I am drinking loads of water, eating food and protein till it comes out my ears, train 4 days a week never more than 1hour each day and get plenty of sleep.

Took 40mg d'bol week 1 - 5
took decca 200mg week 2 - 4 400mg week 4-5
Now added Sus 250mg week 5

My plan is to drop the d'bol in 2 weeks, continue the decca for 3 weeks and the sus250 for 4 weeks then pct for 3 weeks?

All genuine gear from a proven supplier. know how much ive gained.....Nowt!
Ok so i have a bit but nothing like the claims i have read in these forums.

Can someone please help as ive only got 6 weeks to go and i need to get in my pct as well before i fly

Seriously for 8 months? Try getting a few more years under your belt. Your cycle is a disaster.

Ok, glad i caused some response. Have been training for 3 years but seriously, 4 days a week for 8 months. Whats wrong with the cycle?

Test should be ran at a higher dose then the deca. Should of been ran from the start. How often are you injecting the sustanon? What's your stats? What are you eating? You gained nothing? Tells me there is something wrong with your gear or diet? What are you going to do for pct. If you want help, put some effort into your post. Lay out , exactly how you are running your cycle, including injection frequency and pct plan. Post your stats and your goals. Tell us what you typically eat during the day.

Ok, thanks for replying back. First i didnt want to sit here for hours writing my life story for no-one to respond. I started on D'bol and 200mg of decca. as it was a first cycle i thought this would be enough over 10-12 weeks to make some good gains. Now i havent i was advised to increase decca dose and take twice a week. i take decca Sunday and thursday. I have added the sus250 to boost any gains which i took once a week but now taking on a Friday and a wednesday.
My stats:
Height: 5'9
Weight: 16st 7lbs (just weighed myself and i have actually put on 6lb in the last 5 weeks!, guess im just not noticing or being patient enough)
Chest: 47"
Arms: 16 1/4"
Waist: 40" ( gone down from 46 in last 4 months)
legs and calfs: dont know but seem to have grown and firmed up the most

PCT: I have nolva and clomid in stock, gabba and creatine
Goals: to be big! im not running for mr olympia but would like 48" chest 18.5" arms etc look feel good

Diet: Typically
8am
Wholemeal Toast x 2
Porridge oats
water 250ml
Amino Acid cap x 3
Promax protein shake 50g
10.30 am
Promax protein shake 50g
Amino acid cap x 3
12.30 -1pm
wholemeal sandwich 250g chicken breast
salad
beef 100g
Pro-biotic yoghurt
Fruit
Amino Acid cap x 3
3pm
Promax protein shake 50g
Amino acid cap x 3
4.45pm
Train
5.45pm
15mg L-Glutamine
Promax protein shake 50g
Carb drink

Training:
Typically, i change it around every month or so
Monday
Biceps- Barbell curls x 3 alternate dumbell curls x 3 preacher curls x 3
legs- Squats x3 leg curls x3 calf raises x 3
Tuesday
shoulders- Militry press x 3 seated dumbell press x3 machine rows x3
triceps - pulldowns x 3 french curls x 3 dips x2
thursday
Chest - bench press x3 incline bp x3 incline flys x3
Back - lat pulldowns x3 bent over rows x3 one arm dumbell rows x3 (i have 2 prolapsed discs in lower back so find seated rows etc uncomfortable)
Friday
Mondays routine
Following week i start with tuesdays routine, then the following week start with thursdays routine etc and so on.
I train abs twice a week
Cardio - stationary bike 20 mins 3x per week and boxing heavy bag, stretching, martial arts 30 mins Mon, Wed and Fri
Rest Sat and Sun
 
Not enough food , too many shakes, but you should still be gainning from all that protein. a typical cycle should look like this wk 1-4 dbol 35 mg wk 1-12 test 500 mg wk 1-10 decca 400 mg. Dosages change according to your experience and number of cycles to yeild gains. Most people donnot run decca without test. Most people wont cycle with out test period. You need to add more exercises and sets to your work outs. Your work out routine needs a lot of work. Every thing needs a lot lot lot of work.Add some egg whites to your breakfast and replace two of your shakes for some real food high in protein. Train harder eat more and figure out that there are major holes in your proposed cycle that is a mess. Research , good luck

Starting to make more sense now. First off, training for 3 years, but seriously 8 months. Some of the problem lies there. Just from your stats I can tell your BF was way too high, when you started your cycle. The progress you are making now could of easily been obtained with proper nutrition and training over the past 3 years. You could of built a solid base natty and then introduced AAS and you would of given you much better progress. I would try to get more of your calories from real food and cut back on the shakes. I would bump the test dose up and run the test and deca 12 weeks. Followed by pct. Have some patience and dedication. Put 110% into your training and nutrition and you can obatain your goals. Plenty of info on this site, do some research and you will start to understand.
