It's very likely that your overtraining.
 
5 weeks bro and got 7 to go till i can get back on the juice and i cant wait i feel like a junkywaiting for his next fix

ONLY gained 14 lb? I am assuming that was your first cycle, and at your bodyweight, sounds like you went from about 160 lb. to 175 lb. Not sure what your gaols and expectations were with that cycle, but that sounds like a good start. I'll take that because I am about the same bodyweight.

If you handle your PCT well, and keep a decent amount of those gains, you'll be halfway there to your ultimate goal with similar gains on your next cycle. And with the things you are learning from these bros, you may be able to tack a few more pounds on your next cycle. The best thing I heard is you got to find a way to eat more than 4 meals a day!!!

After all this, please tell me you are not trying to find the perfect AAS stack to go from 170 to 220 lb on your next cycle? I won't sleep well if that's true........regardless of what any other bros say. That's 30% of your bodyweight in one cycle, that just can't be what you are planning, can it? :worried:

Did you just get out of prison recently? If so what was your diet like "behind the wall"? If you werent getting enough food than its likely thats why you have found it so hard to gain... also I don't know if you use any rec. drugs or anything but thought i might as well post this link because you mentioned getting some speed for your wife....

yeah i know Coke and speed are two very different things but hey intresting read none the less.... also speed will make it very hard to gain muscle mass because your not going to have a very good appetite !

yo all thoughs bro's who posted info 4 jack d thanks ive had 2 re reg as jack dee as the misses fucked me over all good thuogh cant keep a good man down, and yeah ive not long come out of prison and the food was crap the porridge was grade a pig meal which said not fit for human consumtion and no i dont do any thing other than juice, and yeah she blew me out cos i asked her to cook more safe eh
 
I would suggest getting your diet together since you are on the outside now.

170 @ 16%.. diet is EVERYTHING. Keep up the hard work and you could get prob gain a ton of muscle and drop a lot of fat naturally.
