training 6 days a week? as in lifting weights 6 times a week or weights 3-4 days and cardio the others? to add that much mass in a short time i would cut off any cardio you are doing, lift 3-5 times a week max with 45 min - 1 hour workouts hard and heavy, eat tons of calories and double or more of your body weight in protein. if this is your first cycle i wouldnt go for anything crazy or off the wall. the first cycle i ever did was a 10 weeker of test/deca/and dbol and i gained a good 20 lbs of muscle from it. i ran 20 mg dbol for weeks 1-4, 200 mg/deca and 400mg/test weeks 1-10 with clomid post-cycle for therapy and recovery. it would also be good to get nolvadex on hand incase you would experience any side effects during your cycle. another common beginner cycle would to run a deca/dbol cycle and see how your body reacts. ive known people who have gotten excellent gains from a small cycle like this their first time.
