im 32 weighing 170 odd lbs ive been training for 11 years behind the wall, im 5ft 8 body fat 16% training 6 days a week looking to get to 200 to 220 lbs whats the best combo of ass to go with please help me out bro's

best combo of ass? ...well i would say at your wieght a nice 100+ Lbs blonde will do the trick.....as far as steriods...what are you eating first...we should look at that..maybe your not eating enough?

That is such a broad question, you should try to read more about diet and training. If you have tried all that then maybe AAS would be the way to go
 
training 6 days a week? as in lifting weights 6 times a week or weights 3-4 days and cardio the others? to add that much mass in a short time i would cut off any cardio you are doing, lift 3-5 times a week max with 45 min - 1 hour workouts hard and heavy, eat tons of calories and double or more of your body weight in protein. if this is your first cycle i wouldnt go for anything crazy or off the wall. the first cycle i ever did was a 10 weeker of test/deca/and dbol and i gained a good 20 lbs of muscle from it. i ran 20 mg dbol for weeks 1-4, 200 mg/deca and 400mg/test weeks 1-10 with clomid post-cycle for therapy and recovery. it would also be good to get nolvadex on hand incase you would experience any side effects during your cycle. another common beginner cycle would to run a deca/dbol cycle and see how your body reacts. ive known people who have gotten excellent gains from a small cycle like this their first time.

Your telling this bro not to go all out crazy on his first cycle....then state that your first cycle was :

im eating 4 meals a day my main meat is chicking and fish and pleanty of carbs, ive always had a problem as do most of my family with gaining weight, ive done a cycle of sust and decca but only gaind 14lbs which is starting to fall off already my doc says im hypo so im finding it realy hard and i dont do cardio
 
i dont think tho that that cycle is too crazy. he says hes been lifting for 11 years so obviously im guessing he understands how to train after that period of time. and i was just telling him what i did for my first cycle. i had no side effects and i know many people that do a test/deca/dbol cycle for their first cycle. i also suggested just some deca/dbol may be good too, but i wouldnt expect anyone to simply rush out and start one particular cycle because i suggested it. i think everyone who checks this thread should put some input on their first cycles as well. and i also recommended to safeguard himself with proper pct.

Thought so...4 meals isnt deff not alot...do you know i can eat 8 meals in a day and stay around 2200 or less calories....you need to eat big to GET BIG...capiche'?
 
thanks bro the misses will hate the food bill and all the cooking she will have to do best i get her some speed to help her around the kitchen ha ha
