help getting started

Hi there.

I'm 31 years old and a lifelong hard gainer. I've worked out for years with minimal gains using a variety of approaches and diets. It's insanely frustrating and i've mostly lost hope of ever acheiving my goals here.

I've decided to explore the notion of using steroids to get a bump up to the next level.

My concern is about having so little knowledge of this that I might buy somethign tainted/fake or misuse it.

Can anyone point me towards some good beginner's info?

I might have accecss to test prop inj. As for it's authenticity, I have no clue :(

here is my info. and thanks for any help!!
1 - Age - 31
2 - Lifting History - years of fairly consistent exercise
3 - Height - 5'10"
4 - Weight- 155 lbs
5 - Estimated BF% - 13%
6 - Diet - eat a lot of food, high protein, but also occasioanlly high in sugars and fat
7 - Goals - lean muscle gain
8 - Proposed cycle - no clue!

how long have you been training consistently? have you truly dedicated yourself to getting to the gym every day, eating right every day and actually making the most of what you got? 155 is quite skinny bro, not knocking you at all, but you don't need to look towards steroids as a crutch if that is what you are doing
 
You need to learn a lot more about what you're doing. Read this board and you'll learn all the answers to your questions in a short time. This is a discussion board, not a "how to" board. It's best that you make a decision on what to use on your own by reading the results of others using steroids here and asking questions about what you don't understand.

I've worked with trainer's and i eat a LOT of food, protein and carbs. they switch up my routine often to kepe it fresh but i still have trouble getting anywhere. I've been workign out for years now and the traditional route isn't working.

I know this board isn't a how-to but i thought someoen might be able to direct me to a place where i could find a guide.

If your going to do something, Which isnt really the best choice, But if you do Just start out with strait test..I like SuS..This alone on your build should add some muscle..
 
Hang around for awhile and read some posts,do some research you might find out that you"ve been getting bad advise.I started out like you and did what others said and like you I got nowhere!!Start reading and educate yourself. List your diet their are plenty of people here willing to help you.
