Help finding the 3X5 link

Hey all,

The other day someone directed me to the bill star 5x5 program. It directed me to another bodybuilding website where a guy gave you the lowdown on the 5x5.

I can find the 5x5 easily thats not the problem.

In this particular thread there was an option to get info on the 3X5 program for begginers. Plus he listed a few variations such as adding chin-ups plus a couple other things.

I know this is a tall task to see if anyone knows about this particular thread. I could of swore I bookmarked it but I cannott retrieve it for the life of me.

Now when I try to get to the 3x5 it directs me to buy the book.

If there is anyone who knows the thread or perhaps knows a different thread that gives me access to the 3x5 program it would be sooo greatly appreciated.

Again I know this is a LOOOOOOOONGSHOT, but I gotta try since this thread was so damn AMAZINGINGLY PERFECT for me...

Thanks

here is the book.. some people call it the best lifting investment they have made; The Aasgaard Company

as for the routine......
Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength Routine

and some videos on how to perform the exercises...
DailyBurn | Rippetoe Starting Strength 3 x 5 Beginner Program - Workout Program

oh just realized you already found the link for the book

anyways, i can definetely vouch for this program. I have been doing it for 6 weeks and have seen real nice gains. Just remember that form comes before the amount of weight on the bar. This is true especially in the beginning when you are getting used to all of the lifts. Best of luck
