Ok, my body is due for a change. What do y'all think of my new split?
Day 1 - Chest/Shoulders (I really like to hammer my front delts)
Day 2 - Back (gets it's own day, including traps)
Day 3 - rest
Day 4 - Legs (I'll only do hamstrings if they're not sore from doing deads)
Day 5 - Bis/Tris
Day 6 - rest
Day 7 - start over or rest
My only concerns with this split were trying to keep from destroying my traps on shoulder day, and doing them with my back, and keeping back and bis far enough apart. I think it looks ok. See any kinks? Before I was doing a pretty traditional legs, back/bis, chest/tris, shoulders routine.
Oh, and I'll do abs a couple times a week, I go by how sore they are from before.
