i recently joined the military as of this past monday i have about 10 wks before i ship....i need some help im mid cycle of a 12wker....500mg test,500mg deca,and just started 50mg of oral winny daily for 6wks....my weight is around 250 at 5'9 i passed the bodyfat test easily..so im in but i need to start running to have my 2 mile down to 17min im 28yrs old....i going on the palumblo diet monday to drop weight...will the ass mess with me trying to get the running down...im going to stop doing heavy legs due to thigh size any help bros

You will come off this cycle right about the time you need to be at your top form. Bad timing.

My reaction is to get rid of all aas now and run your butt off each day with a heavy pack on, holding a 25 lb. bar.
