Help before i start!!!

HELLO EVERYONE........ Im new to the site and hope that ill get more responses here than i did on some of the other forums.

Ill tell you guys a little about myself, so you all know what your up against.
Im 5'6
190
27yrs
medium build

Well last week I looked down at my gut and said to myself what the f happened. Over the past 3 years i put on about 20 lbs. So i decided to get back in the gym and just got my membership. About 2 years ago i tried out HGH and test but i didnt see the huge growth and started to feel some side effects so i decided to stop.

Im looking to get down nto about 170-175 and then build my self back up with some muscle mass. I know most of you are going to tell me that i need to work out for about six months to a year before i even think about the using any thing.

Ive seen on some sites of pills that will help with the weight loss.
Any thoughts????????????

I was also thinking about doing test\deca.
Any thoughts?????? and any good solid sites would help too im a bargain shopper.

I hope that you guys will help out cause it hasnt happened on any other sites

Hey bro welcome to EF. the key to losing weight is diet bro, you sould work out a little longer and get your diet in check first. After 6 months to a year then get on sauce. Deca is not what you're looking for bro,deca would just put alot of water weight on you. what i would do in the mean time is stay on this site and learn there're plenty of good bro's here that would help any which way possible, i'm constantly learning on here, everyday is something new. I hope this could be of some help

This is do to the fact that you do not know how to train and diet well using. More then likely you know nothing about pct,side affects,ai's, and things like this eather. NO problem though you came to the right place. We will teach you everything. I think you should check out our diet forum. Ask around and get a solid diet plan for yourself ready. Then go to the training forum and do the same with a training plan.

Of course you have got no help on other sites... Looks to me like you are not open minded about getting your diet and training right first. Not many sites are going to help people who don't truly know how to help themselfs.


I can tell you this ef is the best helping site you are ever going to find... Hell I will take the time to make a diet plan and training plan for you. Set you up with a plan and get you in the (my cycles ) forum logging out your plan and its results in no time...

Its all up to you bro. We want to help you but not if you are going to do it the wrong way...

If you are a hard head and want to stick to your guns that, You just have to get on a cycle now, can't change your diet and training, and you know it all but just need to know about steroids. Well this is not the site for you bro...

You put some time into learning and we ( this whole site and all its good peeps) will put time back into you bro. I promises you that.. You need a whole program not just a cycle.

We are looking for people who want to make a life change on this site. People who want to live the life stile not people who want a quick fix and be on there way.

getting a good diet, cardio, training and supp program down is where u should start before u look to steriods ..

visit the diet/ training & supps forums, loads of info over there
 
If you cant get everything dialed in here with all the Experience that frequents this place then you have no hope:biggrin:

dial in that diet!!! Hammer on that cardio!! even if its really fast walking with a 1 or 2% incline. Take it from me bro, I dialed my diet in a month ago, upped my cardio and i'm down 20 lbs in less than 30 days.
 
Also hit up some OTC supps to a great boost. A lot of people have had great success with lipoflame and other supps from Omega.

hit the weights first, then do cardio at the end of your workout.. with a clean diet weight training and cardio you will shed b/f DO NOT JUDGE PROGRESS BY YOUR SCALE THOUGH... because you will be adding muscle mass and losing b/f at the same time the scale is a terrible tool... get your b/f measured off the bat , then every 3 weeks or so... put your scale in the garage for a while use the mirror or pictures of yourself and b/f :)

+1 the scale can be your worst enemy at times..
